Welcome to Nosework and Engagement LLC! By accessing our website or booking services through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide dog training services including private sessions and group classes. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Online Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
Payment is required at the time of online booking and is processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Payments may still be made in person before the start of any class or training if not booked online.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $40.00 late cancellation fee.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take up to 7 business days to process.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy, vaccinated, and safe to participate in training.
Aggressive behavior or safety concerns may result in dismissal from a session without a refund.
Clients must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided during training.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of training sessions. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for details on how we collect and use your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and training materials, is the property of Nosework and Engagement LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms
